What is a Conflict
Bear conflicts are defined by the Wyoming Game and Fish Department as any situation in which the behavior of a bear poses a threat to the well-being of humans or their property, as well as to the preservation of bears. This can refer to a wide range of bear-related behaviors as well as situations that have the potential to have undesirable results.
